Return & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please get in touch and we will do everything we can to sort it out. We accept returns within 28 days for a full refund.
*Unless the item is damaged or faulty, personalised items will not be refunded.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
